Ordered a pair of shoes through Amazon for Peltz shoes, they were a birthday gift for a family member. we ordered them in September, the birthday was in October, when we received the shoes, we looked at the box which showed the correct size, we checked to make sure they were the correct style and color, the shoes were wrapped up.
When the gift was opened it was discovered they were two different sizes. We contacted Amazon and they directed us to contact Peltz shoes. They refused to replace the shoes due to the fact we exceeded the thirty day window.
Tried to explain via e-mail that they were a gift and were not opened until the birthday. Did not matter.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Return process, Customer service, Product recieved 2 different sizes in the box.
